Kiln Rescue
Program for detecting kiln downtimes in cement production Using machine learning methods.
Abstract:
The aim of the project is to develop practical application software which partly existing but not fully used data and new calculated Correlations used to describe looming difficulties in clinker production to control and to avoid system downtimes. By avoiding these Downtimes and optimization of the firing process save operating costs and in addition, the consumption of fossil fuels and associated emissions reduced. Machine learning methods are used for implementation used.
